SUMMER

The Vivaldi Apartment House is located in the Paznaun Valley near Silvretta-Hochalpenstrasse. Our house provides a pleasant accommodation for a relaxed holiday.

This Austrian alpine pass is both stimulating and provides a rich variation of scenic delights – and it’s right outside your door. Many hairpin curves take you to the highest point of Silvretta-Hochalpenstrasse at an elevation of 2036 metres.

This unforgettable winding alpine road offers lots of fun for motorcycle riders, convertible drivers and – if you’re in condition – cyclists.

This is what our fantastic landscape in the middle of the mountains in the Silvretta region offers its visitors.

For biking, mountain biking, rafting, mountain climbing, hiking, etc…. the Silvretta region offers many opportunities for sports, fun and relaxation.

ROOMS AND APARTMENTS

We rent both rooms and apartments. The rooms are inkl. breakfast. Our largest apartment can accommodate up to 12 persons! All the rooms and apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, radio, satellite TV and the most of them balcony.

There are 4 apartments available. Each one offers a pleasant atmosphere with optimum conditions for a relaxed summer or winter holiday.

Apartment nr.1 with a modern kitchen-living room combination, two 2-person bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with shower Apartment nr. 2 with a modern kitchen-living room combination, three 2-person bedrooms, and two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet)
Apartment nr.3  with small modern kitchen, 2-person bedroom, bathroom (shower/toilet) and living room and toilet)
Apartment nr.4 is a elegant cellar apartment with a luxurious, modern kitchen-living room combination, two 2-person bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet) another two 2-person bedrooms with two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet), and two sets of bunk beds allowing this apartment to accommodate 12 persons!
Apartment has no view but does have windows that provide daylight.

If requested, we can also provide guests renting an apartment with a breakfast buffet.

HOLIDAY BY MOTORBIKE

When the snow has melted, Austria is a real Eldorado for the motorcyclist. Beautifully situated at the beginning of the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße is the village of See in Tyrol (12 km from Landeck) where Jan Wilmink (a keen motorcyclist himself) runs the splendid Apart Vivaldi.

For those who want to spend their holidays in Austria, but also for those who are on their way to the Mediterranean, Apart Vivaldi is the starting point for many a splendid tour over Austria’s mountain passes.

The Arlbergpass, Hahntennjoch, Stilfserjoch, Ofenpass, Flüelapass, Timmelsjoch and many others are all situated a short distance from See. The most beautiful routes are included in our regional roadbook that each guest receives free when staying 7 days or longer. Also available on Garmin & Tom tom GPS!

ROADBOOK

Our regional road book gives the most beautiful motorcycling routes in the area stretching from the Central Alps to the Dolomites. One road book, including GPS data for Garmin & Tomtom, will be put at your disposal free of charge for each room reserved for a minimum of one week.

SILVRETTA SKI AREA

The alpine village of See is situated in the heart of the ski paradise known as Paznaun Valley.

Our apartment house, Vivaldi, is only 200 m away from the cable car station and the See ski resort and adjacent (100m) to the last slope leading from the top to the bottom.

Properly prepared slopes, blue sky, sunshine...
you’re in seventh heaven.

The snow-covered Silvretta Mountains are at your feet.
