  • Art. 15 DSGVO Right of information of the data subject:

You have the right to request information or confirmation as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed. In this case, you have the right to get information about this data, the processing purposes, the data category, the recipients of the data and the duration for which the data will be stored.

If personal data is transferred to a third country, you have the right to be informed. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that are the subject of processing.

You may request that your data be corrected at any time.

  • Art. 17 DSGVO Right to deletion

You may request the deletion of personal data concerning you if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if you withdraw your consent, object to the processing or if the personal data has been processed unlawfully.

  • Art. 18 DSGVO Right to restrict distribution

You have the right to request the restriction of processing if the accuracy of the data is contested and needs to be verified, in the case of unlawful processing when the cancelation is refused, if the data is no longer required for the purpose of the processing but the erasure is refused because the data is still required for the assertion, exercise, and defence of legal claims, or in case of objecting the processing when the legitimate reasons of us for its use must be verified.

  • Art. 19 DSGVO Obligation of notification in case of rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing:

Correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing must be communicated to the recipients of the data, unless such communication is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Without prejudice to this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

  • Art. 20 DSGVO Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the data concerning you and the right to have your data transmitted to another person responsible upon request.

  • Art. 21 DSGVO Right to object

You also have the right to object to the future processing of your data if the data is processed by us in accordance with Art. 6 Abs 1 lit. f). An objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is also possible.

There is also a right of appeal to the supervisory authority (Datenschutzbehörde/Datenschutzkommission Österreich).

  • Inquiries and bookings by e-mail, telephone, fax, contact form on the website or in person:

If you contact us by email, telephone, fax, using the integrated contact form on our website or in person, your inquiry/booking, including the data disclosed in this context, will be saved and processed for the purpose of processing.

This data will not be passed on without your consent, with the exception of fulfilling legal reporting obligations.

As the owner of an accommodation establishment, we are legally obliged to prepare a guest list in order to comply with the reporting obligation. In the event of successful conclusion of a contract, the necessary data will also be communicated to the TVB (Tourismusverband) as the reporting authority. Passed on are among others, your Name, date of birth, country of origin, information on the travel document, as well as the length of stay.  Insofar as data is collected electronically in this context, your data will be forwarded to our software contract partner (zadego GmbH) for processing and storage.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit b.) DSGVO in the event of a request to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures and initiate a contract. In the remaining cases, the legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 Abs 1 lit a) DSGVO or Article 6 Abs 1 lit f) DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in processing the inquiries sent to us.

The data provided by you via contact enquiries will be stored until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage ceases to exist (e. g. after the processing of the enquiry has been completed), as long as there are no statutory retention periods preventing the deletion.

  • General information on data processing (cookies, browser data, Google Maps, Youtube)

We would like to point out in advance that we do not assume any liability for the processing of data by linked websites and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, etc.) and that data processing when visiting the linked websites takes place solely under the responsibility of the respective operator.

Subject to the following information to the contrary under “Google Services,” your data, which is necessarily collected from a technical perspective when using our website, will generally be deleted in 7 days otherwise as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and there is no legal retention period preventing the deletion of the data. In order to process your data, it is transmitted to us or to our web host and stored there temporarily.

For our website, cookies are also used to ensure the functionality of our website and to process your data (e. g. IP address, location data, etc. ). Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your internet browser. Our website uses Google Maps to display our location. In addition, the web analysis service Google Analytics is used. These are services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.

Our legitimate interest lies in the optimization of our offer, as well as the functionality and improvement of the quality of our website. The processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of the TKG.

In particular, your user settings and data are processed by Google to display our location and to create a route plan.

In order to analyse the use of our website, your data will be forwarded to Google anonymously as far as possible.

We also use the video platform YouTube on our website. This is a portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. , 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA. YouTube is a subsidiary of Google LLC.

When you use the YouTube plug-in, your internet browser is prompted to download the video used from the YouTube platform. YouTube records and processes your IP address, the date, the time and the website you visited. Youtube also stores cookies on your device for the purpose of functionality and for the analysis of usage behavior.

If you have an account with the platform Youtube and are logged into it while using our website, your user account data will be associated with the connection data of the use of our website.
